Candidates

When we engage with a candidate, you provide or we process your personal data, including but not limited to your name, contact details, place of residence, languages, education background, professional qualifications and employment history from your CV. Where permitted by law, we may also collect data such as nationality, gender, compensations details, and references when required by a client. We may also collect personal information about you from publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, Google, and public company websites to update the data we hold about you.

Clients

We collect personal data such as your name, title and contact details. We also process the email correspondence we have had with you and the feedback that you provide about our candidates.

2. How we process your personal data

Candidates

We use your personal data to provide you with job searching services, such as interviewing advice and salary benchmarks.

Clients

We use your personal data to provide recruitment services to you and get feedback from you about our candidates and our services.

Candidates and Clients

All your personal data is kept confidential and safely stored in our server which is physically locked up in our office. Your personal information will not be sold to any third party or used in ways incompatible with those set forth in this policy.

3. Other disclosures

We may disclose your personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulators or other government officials, if we are legally required to do so.

4. Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data to update, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data at any time.
Sometimes, these rights may be limited, such as in the circumstances if complying with your request would reveal personal data about another person, or if you ask us to delete data which we are required by law to keep. We will inform you the procedures we have taken when replying to your request.
